ImpactHarris had the operation just after the season and will be 100 percent well before training camp. Although Harris is not heavily utilized as a receiver by Dallas, he finished in the top three in the league in kick return average (30.6 yards) and punt returns (12.8). He is an elite special teams player.

ImpactHarris has missed the last two games, leaving Cole Beasley on punt returns and Michael Spurlock on kick returns. The Cowboys are going to need big plays out of special teams if they are going to upset the Eagles Sunday, so getting Harris right would be big. He ranks second in the NFL at 30.5 yards per kickoff return and has averaged a hefty 14.0 yards on his 17 punt returns.
